Candidates,
who are seeking relaxation either in reservation or age in SSC CHSL
exam, they need to submit the requisite certificates in the recommended
format. Certificate formats, which are not recommended by the exam
conducting authority, will not be accepted. All necessary certificates
need to be sought by related Regional/Sub Regional Offices at the time
of Document Verification/Skill Test.
In
case of wrong certificates, candidature of that particular candidate
will be cancelled. If you belong to SC/ST/PH/OBC/ExS category then this
article is going to help you at its utmost level.
Important Highlights
- If you belong to Visually Handicapped category with disabilities of 40% or above, or among orthopedically handicapped applicants afflicted by Cerebral Palasy then you are eligible for availing assistance of a scribe in the written test and passage reader at the time of Skill test. Please keep in mind no question paper and answer sheets will be provided to you in Braille.
- Candidates, belonging to orthopedically handicapped category having loco motor disability, they are also eligible for availing assistance of a scribe and a compensatory 20 minutes of time each hour during written exam.
*In order to avail aforesaid facility, candidates have to make request in the application form.
Rules of Compensatory Time
Candidates,
belonging to orthopedically handicapped/ Visually Handicapped category
and orthopedically handicapped category candidates having 40% or above
loco motor disability, are permitted to avail the benefit of
compensatory 6 time (20 minutes each hour) during computer based written
exam.
