Candidates who have submitted their online application form for SSC CGL Examinations are issued the e-admit card which authorizes them to appear in the Combined Graduate Level Examination.
Admit card has its significance as no candidates will be allowed to appear for the SSC CGL examination if they will not have their admit cards.

- About the Roll number candidates have been assigned
- About the venue of the examination where examination will be conducted
- About the schedule of the examination and the timing of question papers
When the admit card can be downloaded?
Admit
cards of all the applicants are uploaded by SSC on its regional sites
almost two weeks before the examination. Candidates can download the
admit card of SSC CGL Examination from the official site by providing
the registration number and the date of birth.
Things to remember before appearing in the examination
Applicants who have downloaded the admit card are now wholly eligible to appear in the SSC CGL Exam.
Here are the some important things which candidates should keep in their mind-
- Reach at the examination center before the scheduled time of the examination as mentioned in the admit card. After 9:30 am for (morning shift) no candidates shall be allowed to enter the examination centre.
- In the afternoon for the second shift if any candidate reaches to the examination centre after 1:30 pm, he will not be permitted to appear in the examination.
- Candidates need to take their one of the ID proofs as along with the admit card identity of the candidates will also be checked through the identity proof.
- Applicants can take anything as their ID proof as Voter card, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Driving License or any other document which has your name and address.
