Ü Court of contempt

  ·  Court of contempt means breaching court law or blame judiciary than court bring judicial contempt

    ·       Recently this proceeding bring by supreme court with its own judge of the high court dinakarnan

     ·       In 1977 Sankal Chand case judgment supreme court held that neither president nor chief justice of supreme punish judge for miss conduct 

    ·       Supreme court is guardian of constitution so If anyone breach that constitution or blame it than its duty of the judiciary to punish him/her

    ·       Article 129 with 142[2] provide procedure for the court of contempt this article provides that if anyone damage judiciary repeatedly then it has power to contempt there are no limitation with respect to its own member

Ü Getting back home safely

     ·       In the time of gulf war in 1986 thousand of the citizen have to wait in Yemen to evacuate safely by indian government while in April 2015 Yemen again was in fire and nearly more than 5000 citizen have been evacuated by operation RAHAT in hour of time

    ·         This show the effort of government to save every life and show the value of the person life but indian have more than 7 million people working in gulf instable zone also demand for the greater capacity building

   ·       In any evacuation operation government should approach unique approach because everywhere have different situation and different crisis

   ·       Indian diplomat  must be given training to solve situation with complex scenario

   ·       Always work with friendly approach to every government that will help in emergency time

    ·       Government should give full flexibility in this kind of the operation to army personal

    ·       Government should give primary focus on the safety of citizen not the cost inflation target

Ü Central bureau of investigation

·       Central bureau of investigation being one of the statutory body for the investigation in civil and criminal investigation

·       This body established under Delhi special police establishment that is being now old act and not working properly with current situation

·       So parliamentary standing committee given report about new law formation for the better management of criminal investigation

Ü Withdrawal ban to be lifted from 13 march

      ·       Demonetization have two side of the same coin in which on the one hand it can prepare platform for the long term benefit while on the other it have short term economic crisis

    ·       To replace this crisis with the opportunity depend how rapidly government do remonetization, financial stimulus with credit growth

     ·       This lift of withdrawal of the ban will also lead to deficit of faith among the citizen so government should take step of the capacity building and faith generation

Ü Center will install quake sensor in Utrakhand

    ·       Utrakhand one of the Himalayan state come under zone of the seismological very active zone due to continuous folding of the young mountain

     ·       This sensor will measure the magnitude and frequency of the earth quake to understand geological pattern of the region

    ·       Garhwal – kumaon region being very seismological active with Nepal border also facing frequent earth quake with severe scale

   ·        Experts have long warned that a major quake in the Himalayan region is imminent because of the strain that has been building up over the centuries

Ü Growing insecurity in Afghanistan

   ·       Recent bomb blast in supreme court campus shows that safest place Afghanistan not safe even now

    ·       Past year parliamentary attack also prove the power of the Taliban or lack of security arrangement in Afghanistan

   ·       One country’s supreme court attack pave the way for the damage to justice system over world and inability to worlds to protect even justice > trust deficit among people about justice system > fear of people led to joining of the terror activity because they are who governing them.

    ·       Afghanistan terror problem start with colonialism in which Russia and Britain fight for the strategically central Asian location

    ·       This war intensify with intervention of the Taliban also led to more Taliban group as they are getting fund and ammunition from various funding agency and now Pakistan also blamed for the giving security to Taliban

   ·       India has vast interest in this move because india afghan relation with salama dam and development of the chabahar port.

    ·       Monetary policy committee decided to take rate at stagnant point that spread uncertainty among the stake holder while commercial bank given more freedom to work toward base rate and interest rate decision

    ·       As now remonetization process going what RBI should do that is credit growth measure with financial stimulus

Ü Digital payment cost are biggest hindrances of digital economy

  ·       Digital payment need one platform made from mobile, internet, merchant platform like NPCL and core banking solution

    ·       This all need much cost but recently digital economy drive by the government lead to cost cut in digital payment and according to TRAI when this incentive will wiped out that will lead to downfall in incentive provided by the government

    ·       To reduce this charge banking now developing USSD running system which general mobile also support and lower down the cost

Ü Bio plastic will make green and clean world

    ·       Plastic is major sources of the soil pollution specially non degradable one means plastic which can not be degrade after procedure of the year with sunlight and humus

    ·       Indonesian entrepreneur developed new plastic from the sugarcane and corn starch as bio degradable to save environment

    ·       Because plastic have both side effect like more tree cut for the rubber plantation

    ·       This entrepreneur should be attract to make world more green and clean
