UPSC Engineering Services 2019: Notification, prelims on January 6

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Wednesday issued a notification announcing examination dates and procedure for filling up applications for engineering positions in various departments of the central government.
Approximately 581 posts in 1) Civil Engineering 2) Mechanical Engineering 3) Electrical Engineering 4) Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering categories would be filled through the examination.
The last date to apply for the examination is October 22 till 6pm.
Aspirants are required to check eligibility conditions and instructions before applying for the exam, exclusively through the website www.upsconline.nic.in.

Union Public Service Commission has released a notification for the UPSC CDS 2 Exam 2018 today on the official website of UPSC upsc.gov.in. Candidates who are planning to give exam need to apply online before September 3, before 6 PM. Candidates must apply as soon as possible to get the convenient exam centre as the allotment will be on first come first serve bases.
CDS 2 Exam is scheduled to be on November 11, 2018. UPSC recruit candidates every year for Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, and Officers Training Academy.
How to apply for UPSC CDS-II Exam 2018?

Step 1 – Visit the online services website of UPSC – https://upsconline.nic.in/
Step 2 – Click on ‘ONLINE APPLICATION FOR VARIOUS EXAMINATIONS OF UPSC’

IBPS RRB notification 2018 released: Check details here

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the IBPSRRB-VII Notification today. As per the notification, the candidates can apply for -- Office Assistant (Multipurpose), Officers Scale I and Officers Scale II & III posts.

Candidates can apply online only from June 8 to July 2, 2018 and no other mode of application will be accepted.
There are a total of 5249 vacancies for Office Assistants & 3312 vacancies for Officers Scale I.

 HOW TO APPLY

A candidate can apply for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and can also apply for the Post of Officer.

However a candidate can apply for only one post in officer's cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III.

Candidates have to apply separately and pay fees / intimation charges separately for each post.


PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING ONLINE

Candidates are first required to go to the IBPS's authorised website www.ibps.in and click on the Home Page to open the link "CRP for RRBs" and then click on the appropriate option "CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- RRBsOFFICERS (Scale-I, II and III)" or "CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- RRBs- OFFICE ASSISTANT (Multipurpose)" to open up the On-Line Application Form.


Candidates will have to click on "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" to register their application by entering their basic information in the online application form. After that a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. They can reopen the saved data using Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed.

Government Job Notifications for 2017-2018

Did you know that there are lots of openings available for graduates in the Government Jobs sector across the country? Yes, such an unexplored territory exist which aspirants are expected to take advantage of. Government jobs like UPSC have a great reputation in the Indian society and hence aspirants cherish to have one owing to the benefits enjoyed by government employees. The employees are heard to have job security, unlike the private sector where such a thing does not exist.

Procedure to Secure a Government Job
 To secure a government job, the process of recruitment is same in almost all cases.
Usually, there would be around two to three rounds viz:
1. Written test
2. Physical test or Interview (for Air force, Army, and Navy jobs)
3. Personal Interview also called Final round.

The written test conducted at first would be based on General Knowledge, Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, English proficiency and so on. Once the aspirant clears the written test, the next stage obviously would be the Personal Interview provided there are no physical tests depending upon the job profile the aspirant is searching for. This stage would be the final round after which the joining dates would be informed to the aspirants. The candidate should be aware of the daily current affairs if he is giving UPSC related exams.

Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission is all set to conduct the Bihar Police Daroga SI Recruitment Exam and the main reason to conduct this examination n is to appoint the deserving candidates for the vacant positions.
BPSSC Daroga SI Age Criteria
  1. Candidate age should be above than 20 years and must be below than 37 years.
  2. Upper age relaxation will be applicable up to 03 years for BC/ EBC Male candidates, General (Unreserved), BC & EBC category of Female and 05 years for SC/ ST Male & Female candidates.
